We are seeking a creative, innovative and highly motivated Health & Social Care and Sociology teacher, who wants to be part of our journey of excellence. We have rapidly increased our student numbers, improved our student outcomes and are making significant investments in our staff and our facilities. HR Manager
Haringey Sixth Form College Pay Spine
Start date: as soon as possible
Permanent position
Salary H25 £52,314 - 1.00 FTE, full-time (36 hours per week)
We have an exciting and interesting opportunity for an experience HR Manager to lead and deliver an HR service across the college. As a confident HR professional, you will provide trusted HR advice to senior managers and enjoy working in a busy environment with a hands-on approach to customer service.
This is a key role in the College encompassing all aspects of HR policy and operations. You will be part of a wider team that promotes a culture which recruits, retains and develops staff to the highest quality.
The successful candidate will be professional qualified HR practitioner with experience of working in a busy environment and have an understanding of the processes needed to make the HR service effective. Knowledge of employment law is a must and experience of education would be useful but not essential.
