Health & Social Care visit Middlesex University

45 of our Level 3, Year 1, Health and Social Care students had an amazing experience at Middlesex University Hendon Campus on Wednesday.

The learners were given a Nursing and Midwifery tour, that allowed them to engage with a range of simulated mannequins. Students engaged in a CPR competition, which they thoroughly enjoyed.  

Students were provided with hints and tips for writing personal statements.

Joanne Blackburn, Director for Health & Social Care said "The overall experience was engaging and very motivating for the learners in the first year of their HSC qualification.  It encouraged them to develop the practical skills needed for a profession in the health care industry whilst providing them with destination advice within a HE setting. We are grateful to Middlesex Uni for their their support and encouraging our students."
