We are extremely proud that our College and course offering is continually developing and evolving and from September 2023 that includes three new Centres of Excellence; Creative Industries, Health & Social Care and Early Years and Education.
The Centres of Excellence advantages include learning from dedicated educators and professionals in state-of-the-art facilities, tailored career coaching, and the opportunity to join collaborative community projects.
Our Centres of Excellence are dedicated to going above and beyond, ensuring that each student receives nothing but the very best in education, real-world experience, and strong connections with the local community.
Creative Industries
Our Vision: Unity without boarders
The Centre of Excellence Creative Industries will equip our students for the ever-evolving world of work and education in this dynamic and competitive field; enabling and empowering them to use industry standard equipment, techniques, software and programmes.
We will be offering bespoke work experience opportunities to our local partner schools for learners interested in creative subjects.
The CoE will also see the birth of a new enterprise, H6 Events, offering a full events package from catering to filming, photography and room decorations. H6 Events will be 'From the Community, for the Community', and this enterprise will create paid job opportunities as well as building a supportive bridge towards student progression into employment or further education.

The Centre of Excellence Health & Social Care take immense pride in offering students an extraordinary educational experience in the field of Health & Social Care.
OUr team provide unmatched expertise ensuring you receive top-tier guidence and mentorship. You'll have access to state of the art facilities, laboratories and equipment to enhance your learning experience, while opportunities for immersive, hands-on experiences will be provided through placements and clinical visits.
We take pride in our strong ties with the local community, providing students with opportunities for community engagement that will make meaningful impact through service projects and partnerships.

The CoE sets a benchmark for excellence, equipping students with the knowledge, skills and values needed to excel in the field of education and child development.
You will immerse yourself in practical experiences, including real-world practice in our simulated nursery learning environment, student teaching, and weekly work experience placements, to prepare for a fulfilling career in education
