Ashwin Suraj, a dedicated Level 3 Professional Cookery student, recently concluded a transformative three-week work experience at the prestigious Dorchester Hotel. This invaluable opportunity allowed him to immerse himself in the culinary world within one of the finest hotels globally.

Eager to continue his culinary journey, Ashwin is set to embark on a new chapter at university next year, where he will pursue a degree in Culinary Arts Management.
